NECK LIPOSUCTION
As we age, cellulite naturally is redistributed to other parts of your body (much to our dislike!). A common location on the facial region is underneath your chin. Liposuction in the neck can address this to achieve an improved and more youthful appearing neckline.

During your consultation with Dr. Kwak, feel free to discuss any concerns or ask any questions you may have. After a thorough examination, Dr. Kwak will make his recommendations based on your lifestyle and concerns. Sometimes, a facelift/neck lift may be recommended in conjunction with neck liposuction for optimal results.
The Surgery
Neck liposuction is a same day surgical procedure. Dr. Kwak recommends general anesthesia for this procedure, which is administered by a board-certified anesthesiologist. After surgery a pressure dressing is applied, and is removed the following day.
Most patients are able to return back to work in about one week. Most of the swelling settles on average 2 weeks to one month after the procedure.
